Guilherme Cintra joined IFPMA in March 2005 and leads IFPMA’s advocacy with the WTO and the WIPO and runs the IFPMA Socio-Economic Research Network, which conducts international research and analytical work on different subjects relating to intellectual property, pharmaceutical innovation, and access to medicines. Guilherme studied economic history and social sciences in Geneva and Belo Horizonte. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and snowboarding. There are rumors he makes good capirinhas.
