Germain Ntono Tsimi

Professor Germain Ntono Tsimi is Former Head of the Division of Academic Affairs, Education and Research; Vice Dean in charge of Academic Affairs and programming at the Faculty of Laws and Political Science; and Head of Department of Academic Affairs and Cooperation at the University of Yaoundé II. He will serve as the UYII-IFPMA Chair President on "Health and Globalization: Laws, Policies and Market."
