Joanna leads IFPMA’s global events portfolio, overseeing the planning and delivery of high-level convenings that bring together leaders from industry, government, international organizations, academia, and civil society.

She is responsible for the end-to-end management of flagship events, conferences, webinars, and executive engagements that support IFPMA’s policy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement objectives.

Prior to joining IFPMA, Joanna spent more than eight years at the Peruvian Chamber of Construction, where she led the design and execution of a wide range of national and international events, managing complex programs attended by up to 65,000 participants.

Joanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Administration from Ricardo Palma University in Peru; a Diploma in Protocol, Ceremonial and Event Management from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru; and Advanced Studies in Management from the National University of San Marcos.
