Nina leads IFPMA policy activities on pandemic preparedness, articulating the industry’s vision.

As the Chief of Staff, Nina is also responsible for managing and coordinating secretariat support to the IFPMA Director General. In this role, she ensures institutional expertise is leveraged and incentivizes cross-team collaborations.

In prior roles at IFPMA, Nina led our work on antimicrobial resistance and was instrumental in setting up the AMR Industry Alliance, where she was Head of Secretariat for two years. She also worked on vaccine regulation, policy, and advocacy.

Previously, Nina worked on vaccine policy and advocacy at Sanofi Pasteur and on projects fostering international collaboration for infectious disease research through laboratory capacity building at the Merieux Fondation.

Nina has a Specialized Master in International Risk Management from HEC Paris Business School and a Master in Public Policy from the French Institut ’Etudes Politiques in Lyon.
