Ishita is an intern for the Ethics and Business Integrity team. She completed her Bachelor in Economics (Honors) from University of Delhi, India and is in the final year of her Masters in International and Development Studies, with a specialization in Human Rights and Humanitarianism at the Geneva Graduate Institute, Switzerland.

Before joining IFPMA, she had worked with various research think tanks and academic institutions in India, including the Centre for Social and Economic Progress (CSEP), the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE), and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. She had also served as a Graduate Student Researcher with the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights on an applied research project focusing on navigating the impact of artificial intelligence on the human rights of people in vulnerable situations.
